Every item that we sell is fully guaranteed. Should any product fail to meet your expectations, for any reason, simply return it to us indicating the reason for return. We will replace it, refund the purchase price or credit your charge card, whichever you prefer depending upon your original payment method. It's that simple.
Special orders of items not listed on our website but made available from our suppliers and placed at a customers request are not refundable except for defective merchandise.
Please follow these return instructions:
1. Please complete the return / exchange form included with your packing slip and order.
2. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return: name, address, telephone number, item(s), and reason for return.
3. Please indicate if you would prefer an exchange or credit / refund.
4. Please return the item(s) to the following address either by insured parcel post or by a traceable carrier to:

5. Please allow 10 business days to receive and process your return.

Customer Service
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and are shipped UPS ground standard delivery unless otherwise indicated. Orders will normally arrive in 3 to 6 business days. A variety of UPS overnight or express delivery options are also available. A small Service Charge of $ 5.00 is added to each order for packaging, and handling costs related to preparing your order.
Immediate or same day shipment orders carry an additional expedite fee of $ 10.00 to guarantee a service priority ahead of other customer shipments.
